We offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping for orders over $84.00 within the United States of America. Orders typically ship within 1 business day with an estimated 1 to 3 business days delivery.  The time your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from our location in Torrance, CA and on the efficiency of your local postal service.  We will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

RETURNS/WARRANTY

DMK Engineering Inc provides a limited 1 year product warranty on all eligible products purchased directly from us. The limited warranty covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.  The limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.  If you feel that your unit is still under warranty and is defective, please contact us with detailed description of the issue.  If your product qualifies for replacement or service under the Warranty, an RMA number will be sent to you along with a pre-paid shipping label.  Upon receipt of the product DMK Engineering will evaluate the unit to determine the issue.  We will repair or replace your product at our option, any DMK Engineering products found to be defective caused by improper or unreasonable use may be repaired at a reasonable fee.

Many products that have failed beyond the warranty period can be repaired.  Please contact us if you have any questions about this service.
